It’s not right they are allowed to scam consumers out of there money. I left a message and no one returned my call. The phone number given to me by Afterpay is a cellphone number for this business. I contacted USPS about this issue although I haven’t heard back from them. Not only that I have not received my exchange either and I’ve been charged for that order already as well. I’ve emailed them several times and they have yet to acknowledge receipt of return package or process my refund. I sent the return back via USPS on 10/27/22 and confirmation from the USPS tracking shows it was delivered to them on 10/31/22 to a individual at the address at 3:29pm. They said once they received return they would issue the refund. It provided a label for the return of the jeans that didn’t fit and they charged me $54.40 for the new order I placed. So I completed a exchange online and ordered a different size on 10/27/22. I received my order on 10/22/22 and unfortunately the jeans did not fit. I purchased one pair of jeans on for $66.30. I’m just very disappointed and want to help others know not to get this product or buy from them. I also contacted them via direct message on social media as well as comment on their post but also no response from there in that way either. I just want to get a refund and return this product. I contacted them through the email provided in the website and was told it would take 24 hours for a response but it has been multiple days and still no response from them. It did not have the same guarantees on there. I tried to go back to their original website which was taken down and said error accessing, so I went to their new website, and they used a different website under a name that was similar but had one word of a difference. They had advertised on their original website that returns would be guaranteed if the customer wasn’t satisfied with the product so I thought it would be an easy process. The wallet I purchased from them was smaller than I had expected and couldn’t hold cash at all so I wanted to return it. After a few weeks it just appeared at my house. They said they would send me an email confirmation which I never received any. It wasn’t until after I purchased the item that they seemed shady or like a scam. This business came on my social media as an ad. As of today I still have no resolve because the merchant is not responding to the claim from my bank! Hopefully my complaint and the countless others will help the next person from becoming a victim to their shady business practices! If let me with the only option to file a dispute with my bank. I contacted the merchant again and forwarded the email correspondence. The courier acknowledged that the packed was not delivered to my home and I needed to file a dispute with the merchant. I contacted the merchant who directed me to contact the courier service in which I did. I live anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour from Kennesaw so that’s impossible even if it was being delivered on a G5. I reviewed tracking and saw were the item was received at a sorting facility in Kennesaw at 19:05 and marked delivered to me at 19:06. I received a delivery notification that my ordered had been delivered on 12/19/22 but I hadn’t received a delivery. As of today, Mathe business has not responded to our request. On MaBBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. Consumers also indicate customer service is lacking as they do not provide assistance. Reports also indicate some consumers received their original purchased items. Other customers have indicated they have never received replacement items or refund. When tracking shows items have been return customers reach out to the company in regards to the refund but company fails to process the refund. Some customer will reorder items and others send the return and wait for a refund. Upon contacting the company for a return company will provide a return label and consumers. However when they request a return the company fails to refund money. Customers allege the company has a statement of easy returns and refunds on website. BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning issues with company returns and online purchases.
